We use the matcha from Japan, combining it with sweet, milky white chocolate and our homemade amanatto beans. A Note on Freshness
Unlike mass-produced bread, our loaves contain no preservatives to extend their shelf life. This is a sign of true, artisan baking, but it means you need to be mindful of how you store it. Your bread is at its peak flavor for the first few days.
For best results, we recommend freezing any bread you won't eat immediately. This ensures it stays delicious and mold-free until you are ready to enjoy it.
